Product Designer
ShareWillow is the AI-native performance and operating system for the 4 million people who run the trades. We help technicians make more money, get paid instantly, and finish jobs faster with fewer callbacks. We help companies create incentives for their technicians that reward performance instead of hours worked. Our customers see an average 20% increase in profit within the first year through increased average ticket, billable efficiency, and less callbacks.
We are seeking an AI-native product designer to champion, design, and lead the product design of ShareWillow. You'll work closely with our CEO, Head of Product, and engineering team to bring the vision of ShareWillow to life and beyond.
You will lead an end-to-end design process: design strategy, interaction and visual design, prototyping, testing, launch, evaluation, and iteration. Drive research to uncover customer problems, needs, and mental models, and facilitate workshops and brainstorm sessions with teams. Make software design decisions with data and insights, and collaborate closely with engineers and Claude to deliver a world-class web and mobile product.
Must be okay with getting pinged on Slack in the evenings and weekends. We are not constrained by a typical 9-to-5 schedule. We want to win.

- You dislike AI tools like Claude
- You only like to work in Figma and the Adobe suite
- You are looking for a low-intensity product design role
